This NMVB public query interface provides counts of enrolled mesothelioma cases and counts of associated biospecimens stored in the NMVB resource. The interface shows the aggregate counts of mesothelioma cases by selected data elements that are most commonly used including race, ethnicity, site of tumor histology, history of asbestos/smoking/alcohol use, staging, vital status, and stored biospecimens. By utilizing this public view database, the investigator may gain enough information to decide if the resource has sufficient biospecimens or patient data to fulfill his or her research needs.
